i ordered on facebook, 11-7-18 from(Qarmoire)sponsored. what i ordered was 53.00.
i was billed 58.00 and told i could not contact from that email. It is now 13 days and no sign of watch or email. It is on facebook and a wooden watch with photo i sent to be engraved in the face of the watch. i received an email shortly after i ordered it from facebook ad.
(99bill*thegiftnecklace) was at the bottom of the email and was told i could not reply or contact them via that email. the ad is still on facebook and probably someone else will be robbed. i am not sure why the ad is 52.95 but i was billed 58.00 and the shipping was included in the price. I do not know what to do about this but i feel facebook should bare some responsibility for ads they run.
Please advise what i can do about this fraud on facebook and how do i get my money back. how can facebook allow this to be advertised on their website. this is for a birthday for my husband on 12-8-18. i hope i am wrong and still get the watch.
how ever please advise on my next step to solve this issue.
I see there are several complaints on this same product and there must be a way to track then down if not what do i do? lose my 58.00 or what.
